We expect our members to attend a meeting once a week on Thursday mornings.  The purpose of the meeting is to pass business referrals amongst one another.  If a member is unable to attend due to commitments or holiday, we would ask that a "stand in" is sent to promote the member's business on their behalf.

We expect members to maintain the highest standards of customer service and stand by the quotes they have given and the product and service they offer.
