In the initial consultation I ask about your lifestyle, medical history and any specific problems you would like addressed. My aim is to provide a gentle yet speedy return to health, so a range of remedies may be prescribed over time with general advice on improving well-being.

Since remedies are deep acting, follow-ups usually occur monthly. Brief consultations by phone are helpful to monitor progress and to provide first aid advice. Patients are however encouraged to learn the basics of self-prescribing.

Timescales for treatment vary with programmes reviewed / updated regularly to ensure that patients are fully involved and satisfied with their progress
